Modern Slavery Statement

INTRODUCTION

We at Reitigh Software condemn slavery and human trafficking, and are committed to ensuring that all people are treated with dignity and respect when we are competing for and running projects and activities wherever we work.

THE COMPANY AND STRUCTURE

Reitigh Software is a provider of regulator software and solutions to the financial industry. It has its head office in Ireland. Reitigh is primarily responsible for projects within Ireland and Europe.

OUR SUPPLY CHAINS

As Reitigh Software is not in an industry with a high risk of modern-day slavery, a risk-based approach has been adopted to review supply chains that fall within industries that carry a high risk of modern-day slavery.

In conducting appropriate due diligence, Reitigh assesses its suppliers across a number of key risk areas, at the onboarding stage for all suppliers and annually thereafter for suppliers providing services of high criticality and dependency to Reitigh. Reitigh seeks assurances (where appropriate) from our suppliers that they are complying with applicable laws and regulations including laws relating to minimum wages, working conditions, overtime, child labour, and other applicable labour and environmental laws. This allows us to select suppliers to work with us who adhere to appropriate standards.

OUR POLICIES ON SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business, and in so far as is possible, to requiring our suppliers to hold similar ethos. Our slavery and human trafficking policy statement reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.

DUE DILIGENCE PROCESSES FOR SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

We have systems in place to identify, assess and monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains and protect whistle-blowers who highlight to us any risk of slavery or human trafficking within our business. As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk, we follow all local labour legislation and ensure our suppliers adhere to the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We check passports and visas and audit our supply chains to ensure they comply with legal working requirements.

TRAINING

We train our staff to ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business. We also require our business partners to provide training to their staff, suppliers and providers.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVAL

Responsibility for ensuring that Reitigh has appropriate policies in place to meet our obligations under the Modern Slavery Act rests with the Board of Directors. This Statement has been approved by the Board of Directors on 1 January 2018, and will be reviewed annually.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking. Any query about this policy statement should be addressed to Mark Sexton, Reitigh Software Limited.
